My sustainability journey 2023

Do you, and/or the company you work for, live on the Fredrikstad-Arendal stretch? If so, would you like a visit at the end of July/beginning of August for a chat about how we can create a sustainable future? Then it would be very nice if you get in touch.

For the past six years, I have worked with companies and organizations that in various ways contribute to the future being sustainable. I have been from Tromsø in the north to Kristiansand in the south. I have visited waste incineration plants and recycling operators, I have visited industry/industrial parks and talked about the circular economy, industrial symbiosis, renewable energy - hydrogen and carbon capture. I have visited breeding facilities, farms, food gardens and many more. I have also been lucky enough to be invited to the homes of people who are interested in living in harmony with nature (off-grid, in mini houses...), and have sat around campfires and talked about "saving the world" far into the late summer night hours. On the journey, I have also tried to leave as little environmental and climate footprint as possible (driving an electric car, sleeping in a tent, swimming in the sea, etc.).

This year I will cycle from Fredrikstad to Arendal (must arrive in Arendal no later than 10 August because I have work at Arendal Week). If you and/or the company/organization you work for live somewhere along the route, it would be nice to have a chat And for the rest of you who don't live there - I will write about the journey here on LinkedIn, so please follow along digital. #bærekraftreisen2023 #circular economy #industrialsymbiosis #CCUS #regenerativefarming #ecologicalfarming

TOGETHER we create a sustainable future! 🌍💚
